Coming in at number 14 on the list is Sean Reid-Foley. Once a second-round draft pick out of high school, Reid-Foley has slowly worked his way up into a fringe MLB role. His stuff plays into a bottom-of-the-rotation profile, but his command has been his biggest concern with a 15.7 BB% in Buffalo.
In his short time in Toronto, he wasn’t impressive – but his stuff flashed potential to be a lock in the Blue Jays future rotation. His numbers in Toronto are shown below.
Year | Team | G | GS | IP | K/9 | BB/9 | HR/9 | BABIP | ERA | FIP | xFIP | WAR |
2019 | TOR | 9 | 6 | 31.2 | 7.96 | 5.97 | 1.42 | .298 | 4.26 | 5.68 | 6.26 | 0.0 |
His current grade is a 30 while his future grade is a 45, coming out to a 38.5 total grade.
